Our longstanding breeding partner boasts an impressive collection of more than 800 Donkeys, encompassing 8 different breeds. In this setting, every donkey is given individual care, nourished solely with organic food, and receives dedicated attention to ensure its well-being.

Priority to well-being, for a high-quality product
Since ancient times, Donkey milk is celebrated for its nutritional benefits. At Eurolactis, the welfare of the donkey is of utmost importance. While a donkey can yield up to 6-8 litres of milk daily, we limit the milking to approximately 1.5 litres. The milking process commences when the foal starts to eat a variety of foods, typically at about 2 months of age. This short period of separation is balanced by providing cereals to both the mother and foal. Our strict procedure guarantees the high quality of the milk.
